Floto Warranty

All leather products are guaranteed for their natural life and to be free of manufacturing defects. Our products are made from natural materials which can vary slightly in color and texture. Slight variations in color are not considered defects but rather characteristics of natural full grain leather. Some of our bags are folded for shipping and storage - any creases caused in shipping will fully recover after its first use.

We want you to love your leather bag as much as we do. Our warranty covers defective hardware, defective stitching, and defective zippers. Our limited lifetime warrantee does not include stains, well-worn zippers, rips and damage from abuse or airline handling damage.

Sometimes you loose a handle pin or need a replacement part - if you need a part for your Floto bag we can mail one to you.  See instructions to request a part:

1) Take a picture of your Floto bag with the requested part + one picture of the "Floto" logo inside your bag.

2) Email pictures + your mailing address to parts@floto.com and we will source the correct part for you.
